EXAMINATION SYSTEM

A Fair & Structured System for Academic Growth

Dar-e-Arqam Schools follow a comprehensive examination system designed to monitor academic progress, strengthen understanding, and support student development through regular assessments, evaluations, and performance feedback.

Assessments Structure

A Comprehensive System Designed for Continuous Progress

Our structured assessment model helps teachers and parents monitor academic performance, identify learning gaps, and support each student’s educational journey through regular evaluations and detailed feedback.

Monthly quizzes and unit tests conducted regularly to monitor progress and identify learning gaps early.

First Term, Second Term, and Annual Examinations with cumulative academic evaluation.

Written and oral assessments covering Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, Islamic History, Tajweed, and memorisation.

Special preparation for Classes IX & X through mock exams, past-paper practice, and exam workshops.

Students enrolled in the Hifz programme undergo regular Sabaq, Sabqi, and Manzil evaluations under the supervision of qualified Huffaz teachers to ensure accurate memorisation, strong revision, and steady progress toward completion of Hifz-ul-Quran.

Assessment reports are regularly shared through report cards, the parent portal, and scheduled parent-teacher meetings to keep families informed and actively involved in every child’s academic progress.
